Set off for run this morning and at about 3 miles in my legs felt more tired than they should have, then realised that this might be because I had taken them to the Gym last night, sorry legs.
Nice mild morning and must admit am glad getting back in to it, did 6 miles and want to increase this, but will have to see as one of my toes is starting to hurt! Now that sounds lame I know but is true. If anyone has any ideas what this can be please let me know. It is sore at the bottom of it, not the nail end the other end! Really can’t go to the doctors again with yet another running injury.
