Yesterday I did my last run before this Sundays Cardiff Half Marathon.
The training plan wants me to do ‘3 miles in race kit’ on Saturday this will not be happening!
Now looking at the training plan, have I done enough?
There are a lot of ticks, but a few crosses also. Running 6 days a week was tough both physically and time wise. Having a holiday in weeks 6 and 7 was not ideal. As to whether I have done enough, well I shall know that Sunday morning.
My kit is packed.
Now I need to get my head sorted.
