The best kind of run

What makes a good run?

• Great Scenery
• Good weather
• Friends
• Laughter
• Multi terrain
• A pub at the end, with a delicious meal

I am sure you can all add to the list of what makes a good run, but this is my list for last nights club pub run, added to this a quiz to complete as we covered 4.5 miles over the Devon countryside and it was a fun evening.

Got it? Well I did, that and 7 others, not good enough for a free dinner, not bad enough for the booby prize.

Here is the pub, that did a goats cheese and parma salad to die for, it must have been good as I ate all the green stuff.

The run it self was a tough 1.5 miles up to the gliding club, 1.5 on top of the world and 1.5 down.
