- Monday – 7 miles club run + 6 mile lunch time bike ride
- Tuesday – 3 mile lunch time walk
- Wednesday – 3 mile lunch time walk
- Thursday – 4.5 mile pre work run + 8 mile lunch time bike ride
- Friday – 8 mile after school walk with Madam
- Today – Killerton park run where I knocked 90 seconds off last weeks time! Hooray!
I make that a total of 34.5 miles covered, but I might be wrong as I am not famous for my maths skills and I am trying to watch the football at the same time as counting on my fingers!
Most of today has been spent preparing for the Monster-in-laws visit this week. Anyone got a spare bed going?
