Short and Sweet

Both my Juneathon activity and blog will be short and sweet tonight.

The activity was walking round the car park whilst on the phone, (only place to get a signal)

  • Lap 1 – call to Madam to check all was under control at home
  • Lap 2 – call to venue in Bristol to check on parking for next week
  • Lap 3- call to hospital to check time on x-ray because I lost the piece of paper I had securely written it on!!

Yep short and sweet. I leave you with a large photo of a tiny rabbit I saw whilst on one of the laps, just so cute.

About shazruns

I have been running since 2004 when I decided to do the Race for Life, as a close friend was terminally ill with cancer. Following that I did a couple of 10km at Leeds castle and Sandringham. Then in 2005 ran my first London marathon, then another in 2007 in blistering temperatures. I have entered the London marathon every year since but have been rejected, am now find maintaining my fitness & motivation hard, so when the email came through about Janathon I thought why not! Am hoping this helps with fitness, motivation and weight loss!! Wish me luck!

Lovely rabbit photo! We saw loads – probably about 20 odd last week in the orchards, but they were all too speedy to snap!

  4. Well done you for doing anything! Fingers crossed for the x-ray

  5. I do hope it was a big car park!!
