This is what greeted me this morning

(note the sheep they thought I was going to feed them and made such a racket I am sure they woke all the neighbours despite my sssssshhhhhhing) hubby and I discussed whether it was good idea or not for me to run the lanes in the pea soup. He thought not and went off to work. Not wanting to break a tradition of ignoring older males in my life I headed out after deciding it would not clear for ages.

I wore my hi-vis shirt and skull cap-just as well Madam was not home she really does not like the new hat! (It embarrasses her which amazes me as I am the one that wears it) I left Mrs Garmin at home as she would never find a signal.

The spiders had been busy

and at times I felt like I was in a horror movie.

Pleased to see these mini sunflowers a little bit of sunniness in the gloom

not so pleased to see my neighbour, wonder what he will say about my new headgear!

About shazruns

I have been running since 2004 when I decided to do the Race for Life, as a close friend was terminally ill with cancer. Following that I did a couple of 10km at Leeds castle and Sandringham. Then in 2005 ran my first London marathon, then another in 2007 in blistering temperatures. I have entered the London marathon every year since but have been rejected, am now find maintaining my fitness & motivation hard, so when the email came through about Janathon I thought why not! Am hoping this helps with fitness, motivation and weight loss!! Wish me luck!
