Tomorrow I am volunteering at Killerton parkrun in which I am giving out the finishing tokens and hoping like mad that I don’t mess up! Having just read my list of duties I am more than a little terrified and there was me thinking I would just give out the finish tokens!
Today I decided to do my 3 mile loop, my own parkrun. I have done this route a few times recently and was so pleased I managed to get a pb and negative splits (more due to the up hill out, down hill back route, than fitness!) Nice to see those numbers decreasing though.
How many days left of June? Oh. That is way too many.
