New Balance Review

At lunch time today the weather was dry so I seized the opportunity to try out my New New Balance trainers that I was given when I went to the VLM expo. I think you will agree that they are way too pretty to wear in anything other than sunshine-London 890v3-

I love the laces, flat and matching, but admittedly a little on the long side

They are roomy even for my very wide feet. They are light weight and comfy, I probably need more support and could do with some insoles but will definitely use them on those rare occasions that the weather is dry and I am doing a short run.

Having watched the weather forecast for this weekend I feel they will be staying in the porch.

Ran 3 miles.

About shazruns

I have been running since 2004 when I decided to do the Race for Life, as a close friend was terminally ill with cancer. Following that I did a couple of 10km at Leeds castle and Sandringham. Then in 2005 ran my first London marathon, then another in 2007 in blistering temperatures. I have entered the London marathon every year since but have been rejected, am now find maintaining my fitness & motivation hard, so when the email came through about Janathon I thought why not! Am hoping this helps with fitness, motivation and weight loss!! Wish me luck!

Yes, very pretty. New Balance aren`t generally too expensive either. Still, I love my Brooks.

  5. I’m beginning to become a bit of a NB convert. And I like that they are made in the uk too.

I love them too my fist proper trainers were NB they I wandered off to asics but am returning. Such a shame they don’t have new balance shops here like they do in Canada mind you maybe just as well (my bank manager speaking there)
