Beach run

As I sat on the beach today in north Devon I contemplated blogging and logging playing frisbee and bat and ball with madam as my Juneathon daily exercise, but for me I have to run everyday no matter how short it is, so ran I did and short it was.

Madam and I ran 1 mile along Woolacombe beach, absolutely the flattest run I have done in a whileflatand despite what the Garmin map says we did not run in the seaseajust along by it.

As I am still suffering with s summer cold which is making me feel fairly lousy I decided to imagine I was Pamela Anderson from Bay Watch

paas I ran, obviously in a brunette, shorter, dumpier, slower, non red swim suit, poorer, real boobs that bounce kind of way, but a girl can dream can’t she!

About shazruns

I have been running since 2004 when I decided to do the Race for Life, as a close friend was terminally ill with cancer. Following that I did a couple of 10km at Leeds castle and Sandringham. Then in 2005 ran my first London marathon, then another in 2007 in blistering temperatures. I have entered the London marathon every year since but have been rejected, am now find maintaining my fitness & motivation hard, so when the email came through about Janathon I thought why not! Am hoping this helps with fitness, motivation and weight loss!! Wish me luck!
