Last night was a quiet night
- No motorbikes roaring up the street
- No whistling
- No banging on the front door
- No tractors starting up
- No cars back firing
- No rumbling
- No gurgling
yep it was quiet because hubby is away and fortunately he will be inflicting his night-time noises on other family members for three nights and not ME. Hooray!!
THE plan called for a 4 mile steady run. I take by steady it means even pace with some effort rather than the keep upright on your feet kind of steady. Garmin dead so did 30 mins in what I thought might be steady before having to return home (enough said).

About shazruns
I have been running since 2004 when I decided to do the Race for Life, as a close friend was terminally ill with cancer. Following that I did a couple of 10km at Leeds castle and Sandringham. Then in 2005 ran my first London marathon, then another in 2007 in blistering temperatures. I have entered the London marathon every year since but have been rejected, am now find maintaining my fitness & motivation hard, so when the email came through about Janathon I thought why not! Am hoping this helps with fitness, motivation and weight loss!! Wish me luck!
