When we woke up yesterday, St Ives and the sea we can usually sea from the flat window had disappeared in rain cloud. Oh joy. We packed up and fled for home. When I say fled, it was a fled in slow motion it took us 10 hours to travel 330 miles. If you have ever been in a car that long with a ten-year old you will know it was not a joyous journey for all of us (if you have not had the privilege I would try to avoid at all cost)
I am now sinking in a sea of washing!
Running has to now start for a number of reasons but mainly having eaten too many pasties whilst in Cornwall so now I fear I look something like this>>>>
With pen and paper I am not good at drawing but clearly with a computer I am useless but you get the idea!!!
Today I ran to my friends house to feed her cat and then back again with thunder as the music of choice for the home leg. This week I will try to up the distance before working on speed (maybe)
Haha! Brill pic much better than I would do!
Glad you had a good holiday! Know the post-holiday pile of washing only too well 🙂
I don’t envy you that journey!
