It’s all gone pear shape!

No not my figure though that is only a matter of time with carb loading currently in place, no life this week has not gone ideally.

  • Wednesday ran hard with RB (note to self don’t agree to a run until you check that life at home is harmonious as after a domestic with hubby and son she runs even faster than normal!) was woken up in the early hours with chronic cramp in my calf muscle. So pleased hubby managed to sleep through my weeping! (screaming)
  • Friday I came down with a head cold.
  • Saturday ran 12 ish miles unsure of distance as Garmin refused to play no doubt sulking as he knows he will be left at home next week. First three miles the calves protested but I won the battle.
  • This morning whilst brushing my teeth my tooth broke.

Oh well this week has to be better-right?

About shazruns

I have been running since 2004 when I decided to do the Race for Life, as a close friend was terminally ill with cancer. Following that I did a couple of 10km at Leeds castle and Sandringham. Then in 2005 ran my first London marathon, then another in 2007 in blistering temperatures. I have entered the London marathon every year since but have been rejected, am now find maintaining my fitness & motivation hard, so when the email came through about Janathon I thought why not! Am hoping this helps with fitness, motivation and weight loss!! Wish me luck!
