This mornings run was a test both in physical and mental agility. It was intervals which involved fast/slow pace over 200 metres. I discovered 200 metres converts to 0.12 miles. Now the 12 times table is not my strongest (none are to be honest, missed out on the mathematical mind gene totally, due to it skipping a generation!) but this morning had to count up in 12, 24 times. Take it from me it was not easy at 5 am.
Tomorrows long run looms, only 13 miles, am hoping stomach issues that were horrendous last week will not reoccur due to a mostly wheat free diet this week, if I still have problems I plan on eating my weight in bread when I get in.
