Running was sparse this week despite best intentions but Thursday morning I did some interval training. This consisted of running fast to a friends house, stopping when near so I could tip toe to the door to post a Christmas card. Did this to five houses, before heading home, was pleased to get this out the way multi-tasking at a new level.
The plan today was to go for a longish run but that did not work out, am blaming Waitrose as madam and I were there at 10 to find they did not open to 11, so that was an hour of my day gone. The rest of the day was spent making this for a friend’s son. (In case you can’t make it out it is 2 weights as he does body building)
