Day out

Saturday saw us getting up early so we could drive to the tube station, so we could get a tube in to central London, so we could go to Hamleys and there shortly after Selfridges. Madam had her letter for the festive guy and it said:-

I have been really really good this year,

please may I have a Sylvanian family village

dress shop japanese style and these really

cute cows witch are on ebay!

Thank you and have a great year and

don’t forget if your going to the Olympics tell me.

Merry Christmas

(the first part of this is not strictly true but sshhh)

The visit with himself was a real let down. No snog for me and I am left wondering what my £7 was for, it was a let down and by far the worse FC experience I have ever been to. Madam however came out convinced that this ‘was the first time I have seen the real father christmas’, so I guess what I paid the small fortune for.

After this we headed over to Hyde Park to Zippo’s circus. This was full of gymnastics, trampolining, fire eating, juggling, clowns and acrobats. Right up madams street she loved it. I must admit it was good but not sure the Zulu warriors were from Kenya though as billed, more like Peckham!

Good day out.

Today saw me head out in to the dark to rekindle my enthusiasm with running. I ran 5 miles slowly am glad I made the effort and hope once I start the training plan this will give  more focus

About shazruns

I have been running since 2004 when I decided to do the Race for Life, as a close friend was terminally ill with cancer. Following that I did a couple of 10km at Leeds castle and Sandringham. Then in 2005 ran my first London marathon, then another in 2007 in blistering temperatures. I have entered the London marathon every year since but have been rejected, am now find maintaining my fitness & motivation hard, so when the email came through about Janathon I thought why not! Am hoping this helps with fitness, motivation and weight loss!! Wish me luck!

Hm it sounds a tad disappointing, clearly I have not taught you the essex gal way to do things. You don’t ask you just take which means you should have just planted a smacker on him (as long as he was clean and not a wierdo)…
