This mornings early morning 4 miles fortunately went better than the one that went before-phew. It was a balmy 12 degrees-how long can this weather last? At one point I thought I could hear a baby screaming, this got louder and more intense and I then realised that this was a cat not a human, by the time it had finished I am sure everyone in a miles radius was now awake.
Was glad to see like others that the Runners World magazine was on my door mat when I got home from work. Was struck by two things when I opened it. One the runner on the front was male (most unusual) and second his head does not seem to belong to his body, on closer inspection it looks like a females legs with male torso! Maybe this is RW trying to soothe us irate women runners who are fed up with seeing the Mrs perfect size zero, no sweaty female on the front cover. have a look and see what you think, its very odd.
This morning Mrs Rnkeeper came out ahead for a change!
