In an attempt to mix the running up a bit this week I have done a 4 mile tempo run and this morning did some intervals. For these runs I have worn my Skecher Pro Speeds to see how they perform to enable me to write a full and informed review next week!
My interval session is one I’ve made up and not very structured really. I jog to Aldi, run hard to The Endeavor which I then walk round before jogging back to Aldi and starting all over again. This morning I did this 3 times. The fast stretch measures about .4 mile. I turn the garmin on only when doing the speedy bit and today it tells me I did 1.12 miles in 8.06!!!! Hope to beat this next week.
However, the prize for running fastest this morning goes to my nose!!!!!!!!!!
