It was at 2 am that I realised I might get a little wet during my morning run as it was pouring down thankfully 2 1/2 hours later it had eased, but there was water everywhere and did feel by the time I got home that I would only need to bike to work and I would have completed a triathlon!

This is the furthest I have run before work in a long long while so really pleased and only set out to run till 6 a.m but when my iPod died after 20 minutes had no idea what the time was and then realised if I ran 9 miles it would bring my Janathon miles up to a nice round number so kept on going.
Trying for mother of the year award so made pancakes, banana and maple syrup for breakfast, this one depicts how I feel about running 9 miles on day 18 of Janathon.
A quote form Eeyore on Winnie the Pooh day:-
